With Xfinity Mobile’s Unlimited data options, you know exactly what you’ll pay for data every month.
You can get Unlimited data on one line for a great price or add lines to take advantage of multi-line pricing. Choose the data option that’s right for you: Premium Unlimited, Unlimited, or Tablet Unlimited.
Choose the Unlimited data option that’s right for you
Premium Unlimited
- You get 100 GB of prioritized* data per month per line.
- After you use 100 GB of prioritized monthly data:
- Your speeds are not reduced, and you’ll receive high-speed data, but it won’t be prioritized during times of network congestion.
- Once the next billing cycle starts, you’re back to 100 GB of prioritized data.
- You won’t be charged extra for using over 100 GB of data per month.
- You’ll have access to Elite Upgrade with a guaranteed discount towards your next phone.
- Premium Unlimited customers will get a guaranteed discount towards their new phone as part of Elite Upgrade.
- Elite Upgrade allows you to get a discount on a new phone, up to twice a year, even when your current device isn’t fully paid off.
- You can stream video in Ultra HD (4K).
- You get 30 GB of high-speed personal hotspot data.
- After your personal hotspot usage exceeds 30 GB, your hotspot speeds will be reduced to 3G speeds for the rest of your billing cycle.
- Premium Unlimited customers will have exclusive access to Xfinity Call Guard.
- With the Xfinity Call Guard app, you can shield your phone from pesky spam calls in just a few taps.
Unlimited
- You'll have 30 GB of prioritized* data.
- After you use 30 GB of your prioritized monthly data, your download and upload speeds are no longer prioritized and will be reduced to a maximum of 1.5 Mbps download/750 Kbps upload for the rest of your billing cycle.
- Once the next billing cycle starts, you’re back to full speed.
- You won’t be charged extra for using over 30 GB of monthly data use.
- You can stream video in SD.
- You'll receive a personal hotspot capable of 3G speeds.
Tablet Unlimited
- You'll have 15 GB of prioritized* data.
- After you use 15 GB of prioritized monthly data, your download and upload speeds are no longer prioritized and will be reduced to a maximum of 5 Mbps download/2 Mbps upload for the rest of your billing cycle.
- Once the next billing cycle starts, you’re back to full speed.
- You won’t be charged extra for using data over 15 GB of monthly data use.
- You can stream video in HD (720p).
You can upgrade to our latest price plan in the Xfinity app, by using your account tools online, or by calling or chatting with us.
Note: *Prioritized data means less buffering and faster speeds, especially when there’s a lot of demand on the network, such as in crowded areas like concerts and sporting events.
When your Xfinity Mobile line exceeds its monthly cellular data usage threshold, speeds are no longer prioritized.
Upgrade to the latest plan
Upgrade to the latest price plan in the Xfinity app:
- Download or open the Xfinity app.
- Sign in to your account using the Primary user’s Xfinity ID and password.
- From the Services tab, select Mobile lines and data usage located within the Mobile services card.
- If you are not on the newest plan, there will be a link that gives more details about it. Click Explore the new plan to learn more. If you are on the latest plan this won’t be available.
- You may be required to sign in again.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to continue upgrading to the latest plan.
Here’s how it works
- Every month, you’re charged a set price depending on how many lines you have on your account and which data options you choose for each line on your account.
- We don't charge phone line access fees if you have Xfinity service (Internet, TV, or Voice) and unlimited nationwide talk and text is included.
- Your devices can auto-connect to Xfinity Mobile WiFi hotspots.
- If you want Ultra HD resolution when streaming video over cellular data, upgrade to Premium Unlimited on a 4G LTE device.
- You can set up your phone as a personal hotspot and connect other devices, such as your laptop, when WiFi is unavailable.
- Remember that the data you use on the personal hotspot counts toward your monthly usage.
