Overview
Learn what you can do with the Xfinity app. You can download the latest version from Apple App Store or Google Play.
Eligibility
The Xfinity app is available for all Xfinity Voice, TV, Mobile, and Internet customers (not including Xfinity Prepaid Internet service) using their primary Xfinity ID.
Xfinity Internet
- If you’re a new Xfinity Internet customer, you can begin using the Xfinity app while waiting for your professional install appointment or Getting Started kit.
- Depending on the line of service, gateway model, Bridge Mode status, or modem you have, the available app features will vary.
Xfinity Mobile
- Even without an Xfinity ID or signing into the Xfinity app using your primary Xfinity ID, when accessing the app from your Xfinity Mobile device, you can see limited details about your own mobile line and any paired device and take certain actions, such as:
- Your data plan, data usage and available features for the line.
- Access to help & support articles from the Xfinity app.
- Turn on Number Lock.
- Sign into the Xfinity app with the primary user’s Xfinity ID to get the full experience.
Device requirements
Make sure you’re using a supported Apple or Android device and operating system.
- Note: Windows and Amazon phones aren't supported.
Xfinity Mobile:
If you’re having issues accessing the Xfinity app, it might be because you have more than one SIM. To fix this, set Xfinity Mobile as the primary SIM or simply log in with the primary user’s Xfinity ID.

Do any of the following with the Xfinity app:
Manage your account
Manage billing:
Manage your billing easily by checking your bill, making payments, saving payment methods, signing up for paperless billing or automatic payments, viewing scheduled payments, and checking order status and history, including details about your Xfinity Mobile bill.
Manage identity:
Update your name and / or pronouns on your Xfinity accounts, and easily view your account details including account number, address, email addresses, security PIN, and Xfinity Voice and Xfinity Mobile number.
Manage security:
Secure your account by updating your password, enrolling in two-step verification, reviewing recent sign-in activity, and managing linked accounts.
Manage plan:
Manage your Xfinity and Xfinity Mobile services by viewing subscriptions, reviewing plan details, accessing offers, checking data usage, and adding or suspending mobile lines. You can also manage travel passes, Xfinity Mobile Care, device upgrades, data plans, and HD streaming on your Xfinity Mobile devices.
Manage appointments:
Manage your appointments by viewing date and time, rescheduling or canceling repairs, and finding nearby Xfinity Retail Store locations with direction
Help and support
Get help and support, access Xfinity Assistant, check for outages, submit claims, and report damaged, lost, or stolen mobile devices.
Activate and pair your devices
Xfinity Voice, TV, Home and Internet:
- Activate your Xfinity Gateway or modem, set up WiFi Boost Pods, pair your Xfinity Cameras, and link your Works with Xfinity devices.
- Xfinity Home app.
These features are not available to Xfinity TV/Xfinity Voice only customers (not subscribed to Xfinity Internet) or Xfinity Internet customers with rented Xfinity Wireless Gateways (XB2) and Xfinity Gateways (XB3 and higher) in Bridge Mode.
Xfinity Mobile:- Activate your Xfinity Mobile devices.
Manage network and troubleshoot
Xfinity Voice, TV, Home and Internet:
- Check device status, data usage, access camera settings, view live and recorded videos, control linked devices, test connections, and troubleshoot your gateway, video, and mobile devices.
These features are not available to Xfinity TV/Xfinity Voice only customers (not subscribed to Xfinity Internet) or Xfinity Internet customers with rented Xfinity Wireless Gateways (XB2) and Xfinity Gateways (XB3 and higher) in Bridge Mode.
Xfinity Mobile:
- Manage your Xfinity Mobile account by checking data usage, adding or suspending lines, adjusting features, upgrading devices and data plans, changing shared data amounts, controlling HD streaming, submitting claims, reporting issues, turning on Number Lock, and troubleshooting devices.
