If you receive this error message when activating your WiFi Boost Pods, the firmware on your Gateway needs to be updated to the latest version. Before calling an agent to assist you, try restarting your Gateway two times, then attempt to activate your WiFi Boost Pods again.
If you still receive this error message, contact Comcast Customer Support and we will update your firmware within a few business days.
