How to Change, Move or Cancel Your XFINITY Services

You can upgrade or change your service online yourself by clicking Manage Plan. To add or change your premium channels, visit Manage Channels.

Need to Cancel or Downgrade Your Service?

  • Call us at 1-800-XFINITY (1-800-934-6489) and follow the prompts to "cancel service" or "downgrade service."
  • Visit your local XFINITY Store or Comcast Service Center.
  • Email your cancellation request by completing a simple form.
  • Mail your cancellation request, including your first and last name, service address, account number and phone number, to:

    ATTN: Service Change Requests
    1701 JFK Blvd.
    Philadelphia, PA 19103
Note: If you mail or email your cancellation request, we’ll give you a call within two business days to confirm the request.

Moving or Changing Your Current Service?

If you’re moving to a new address, we can help you transfer your XFINITY services. Just tell us a bit about your move at xfinity.com/moving, and we’ll take care of the rest.

You can upgrade or change your service online yourself by clicking Manage Plan. To add to or change your premium channels, visit Manage Channels. To upgrade or modify your existing equipment, visit Add or Return My Equipment.

Going Out of Town for a While?

If you’ll be away from your home address for an extended period of time, we can put your XFINITY services on vacation hold while you’re away. Call us at 1-800-XFINITY and mention “seasonal plan” so we can help.
