A payment arrangement lets you choose a date to pay your past-due balance, so you can keep using your Xfinity services. If you're eligible, you'll see the payment plan option when you sign in at xfinity.com.
Before you start, remember:
- You may be able to pick your payment date and add a payment method later.
- You won’t be able to watch Xfinity On Demand or buy pay per view (PPV) until your payment goes through.
- If you cancel the arrangement or your payment fails, your service will be interrupted until you pay the full past-due balance.
Setting up a payment arrangement
When you log in to your account, you might see a message about flexible payments. Follow these steps to explore your options:
- Select Chat for options to open Xfinity Assistant.
- Select Billing and payments.
- Type “Explore flexible payment options."
- If you're eligible, Xfinity Assistant will show your options.
- If a payment arrangement is available, select it to continue.
- Pick a payment date for your arrangement.
- If you’re adding a payment method later, choose a date and click Submit.
- Depending on the date you select, a scheduled payment may be needed.
- A new tab may open. Do not close the original tab. You will need to return to it after making a payment.
