Follow these steps to buy NOW prepaid products, including NOW Internet, NOW Mobile, and NOW TV & Streaming.

Buy NOW products
If you want to buy NOW products, follow the steps below:
- Go to xfinity.com/now to shop the NOW prepaid products that fit your needs:
- NOW Internet:Choose your speed (200 Mbps or 100 Mbps) and select Add to Cart.
- NOW Mobile: Choose to Shop New Phones or bring your own device (BYOD).
- Review the NOW Mobile options section below for details.
- NOW TV & Streaming: Choose from prepaid streaming products and select Add to Cart.
- Includes NOW TV, NOW TV Latino, NOW StreamSaver™, and Xfinity StreamSaver™.
- Enter your home address to confirm it can be serviced by NOW, then select Check address.
- If your address is:
- Eligible: You can add NOW products to your cart.
- Not eligible for NOW service: You can shop for other Xfinity products by clicking Go to Xfinity.
- In a location not served by NOW or Xfinity: You won’t be able to add Xfinity or NOW streaming products at this time.
- If you already have certain Xfinity services, you may not be eligible to mix and match with NOW products.
- You'll see a message that says, “Looks like you’re already an Xfinity customer.”
- You won’t be able to add NOW products at this time.
- If your address is:
- The Cart summary will list the monthly price for your NOW products. Select either:
- Checkout to continue, or
- Keep Shopping to discover other NOW products.
NOW Mobile options
When you buy NOW Mobile service, you can chose between buying a new device or bringing your own. Select which option fits your needs.
New device
If you’re buying a new device for NOW Mobile (and not bringing your own device), follow these steps:
- Choose your device make and model.
- Choose the color and storage on your device. Then, click Continue.
- Next, confirm if you want to keep your same phone number or if you want a new one.
- To keep your same number, you will need to transfer or “port” it from your current service provider.

- You can also choose device add-ons here, like Mexico and Canada Unlimited Pass and Personal Hotspot.

- Once finished, select Add to cart.
Bring your own device (BYOD)
If you are bringing your current device with you, follow these steps:
- To confirm your device is compatible with NOW Mobile, enter your phone’s IMEI number and then select Check compatibility.
- If your device isn’t compatible, you’ll be asked to try another device or shop for a new one. Click Return to mobile.
- If your device is compatible, you’ll need to confirm if you want to keep your same phone number or if you want a new one.
- To keep your same number, you will need to transfer or “port” your number from your current service provider.

- You can also choose device add-ons here, like Mexico and Canada Unlimited Pass and Personal Hotspot.
- Once finished, select Add to cart.
- You will see your Cart summary. It includes a breakdown of your monthly charges.
- Notes:
- To buy NOW Mobile, you must have Xfinity Internet or NOW Internet.
- If you aren’t already an Xfinity Internet or NOW Internet customer, you’ll see an error.
- To buy NOW Internet, select Keep shopping and follow the steps below.
- To buy Xfinity Internet, go to xfinity.com before you return to complete your NOW Mobile order.
- To buy NOW Mobile, you must have Xfinity Internet or NOW Internet.
- Notes:
- If you’re already a NOW Internet customer or already have NOW Internet in your cart, click Checkout.
Checkout: Create your Xfinity ID
Before completing your purchase, if you’re new to both NOW and Xfinity, you’ll need to set up your Xfinity ID.
- Enter your personal information, review the terms, select the checkbox, and then select Create Xfinity ID.
- To confirm your phone number, enter the six-digit code sent to your mobile device. Then, select Continue.
- Enter a password for your account that meets requirements.
- Select Create password.
Checkout: Enter payment method, review order, and submit
- Enter your payment details and date of birth.
- Review your order and all terms and conditions.
- Check the box to accept them.
- Select Submit order.
- You’ll go to a confirmation page to show that your order has been completed.
- You’ll also get an email that includes your order details.
- To go to your account homepage, select Go to account.
