Updates to your email

What will happen to my CityNet email address?
You can keep your current CityNet email address. Comcast.net and Sanbrunocable.com email users, including associated domains like SBHSI.com and SBHSI.net, will access email through Yahoo Mail after agreeing to Yahoo's terms of service. Your email address will still be used to send and receive emails through the Yahoo Mail platform.
How do I move my email account to Yahoo Mail? 
Comcast will send information via letter, email, or postcard with steps to move your Sanbrunocable.com email to Yahoo Mail. You’ll be able to access your email through our Yahoo Mail portal and accept Yahoo’s terms of service and privacy policy when prompted. If you have more than one San Bruno email address, you’ll need to sign in to each one and accept the terms of service.

Will my internet speed change?
Comcast has different internet speed plans available. Over the coming months, you will receive more details about the transition to Comcast and the service options available to you. We also plan to provide faster and more reliable internet speeds for San Bruno customers.
What will happen to my equipment?
You may need to exchange your current CityNet equipment for Comcast equipment to take full advantage of Comcast services and features. We will provide instructions and support for any equipment changes at a later time.
Will there be any changes in the billing rates?
As of today, your current CityNet bill will not change. In the coming months, you will hear more from Comcast on the service options and promotional offers available to you.
How will customer data and privacy be protected during the transition?
Comcast takes data security and privacy very seriously and has safeguards in place to protect customer information. Your privacy is essential when you use our products and services. To view our privacy policy, visit xfinity.com/privacy.
Will there be any interruptions to my service during the transition period?
During the transition, we will do our best to minimize disruptions to service. If there are any interruptions to service, we will communicate to customers ahead of time for planning purposes.
Will I lose my Xfinity TV shows and DVR recordings?
Xfinity TV shows and DVR recorded content will not transfer over to the new Comcast services.
What changes can I expect to my billing after switching to Comcast services?
After customers switch to Comcast services, there may be some changes to your billing cycle. You will be informed of any changes and provided with detailed billing information. Additionally, all existing balances related to CityNet services will be handled through CityNet.
