Which countries are included with Global Travel Pass?

Over 215 destinations are included. You will automatically be charged pay-as-you-go rates in countries where Global Travel Pass is not available. Search by country to see if it’s covered.

What happens if I already have the Mexico and Canada Call Pass?

You can switch to the Mexico and Canada Unlimited Pass and enjoy those benefits and more for $5/mo per line.

Are international calls and texts included with Xfinity Mobile?

Yes, international roaming calls and texts from outside the United States are included with all Xfinity Mobile plans at no cost. This feature does not need to be activated before you travel.

Do I have to add Global Travel Pass every day?

No. Once you’ve added Global Travel Pass to your line, it will automatically activate a 24-hour session when you use data abroad. After your session expires, additional sessions will begin once there’s data usage.

How do I prepare my device to use outside the United States?

Before you travel abroad, chat with an agent to turn on international roaming for your line. Or, add Global Travel Pass to automatically enable international data roaming. Learn more

Will I still be charged when I return to the United States?

No. Global Travel Pass can remain on the line and you will not be charged for new sessions when you are in the United States.
