- Enroll in two-step verification for signing in to your apps and xfinity.com/myaccount. This helps protect your account by requiring a verification code in addition to your Xfinity username and password. If you enroll in two-step verification, you’ll receive a verification code via text to your mobile phone or an email sent to a another email address (such as Gmail, Hotmail, or Yahoo). Once you enter the verification code you’ll be all set.
