Buy Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: July, 2019
About These Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions for Purchased Content (“Terms") set forth terms and conditions applicable to your purchase of video content (e.g., movies, television episodes, television seasons, and video games) from Comcast through your Xfinity TV Service (“Purchased Content"). These Terms apply only to Purchased Content, and not any other features of Xfinity TV Service, including, but not limited to, rental video-on-demand or pay-per-view content. Your use of the Xfinity TV Service is subject to the Comcast Agreement for Residential Services. Unless specifically defined in these Terms, any other terms have the meanings given to them in the Comcast Agreement for Residential Services.
Purchasing Content
When you buy Purchased Content, Comcast will charge you the specified price for the Purchased Content, and also any applicable sales tax, franchise fees, or other assessments. All purchases of Purchased Content are final. Comcast does not offer substitutions, exchanges, or refunds for any Purchased Content. When you buy a television season after the first episode of that season has aired, you authorize Comcast to bill you immediately for the full price of that season. The price of any particular Purchased Content may change at any time without notice to you. Comcast does not offer price protection or refunds in the event of a decrease in price, whether through a promotional offering or otherwise, of any particular Purchased Content you have already bought.
Pre-Orders
When you pre-order Purchased Content, you authorize Comcast to automatically bill your account when that Purchased Content becomes available. If you pre-order a television season, then you authorize Comcast to bill you in full when the first episode of that season is placed in your Purchases Folder, regardless of the total number of episodes. You can cancel your pre-order before the Purchased Content becomes available. If you do this, the pre-order extras (if any) will no longer be available for viewing. Comcast may add or remove pre-ordered content availability or extras without notice.
Device Requirements
In order to view Purchased Content on devices other than authorized Xfinity On Demand-enabled set-top-boxes, your device must meet the minimum equipment requirements described here (“Compatible Device”). Comcast or the device manufacturers may change these requirements from time to time without notice to you. You are responsible for checking the requirements page for updates. Devices that are Compatible Devices at one time may cease to be Compatible Devices in the future.
In order to view or use Purchased Content, you may also be required to download and install additional software on your Compatible Devices, such as Xfinity or third-party mobile applications or third-party device-management PC software ("Access Software"). If the Compatible Device does not allow Comcast to automatically update the Access Software, you are responsible for ensuring that the Access Software is up to date. If the Compatible Device allows Comcast to automatically update the Access Software, you agree that Comcast may update, upgrade, or change the Access Software remotely, and may make related changes to the settings and software on your Compatible Device, as necessary to support your viewing of Purchased Content. You will only use the Access Software in connection with viewing Purchased Content or any other content as authorized by Comcast. Your use of the Access Software is governed by the terms of any license that accompanied its download and/or installation, or if no such license was present, it is governed by the Comcast Software License Agreement.
Usage Rules
You, and all other user accounts associated with your Xfinity Service, may not collectively stream or download more than three copies of a single Purchased Content title at any given time across all devices using the Xfinity Stream portal or Xfinity Stream app. Streaming Purchased Content on authorized Xfinity set-top boxes does not count towards these three streams.

Cross-Platform Usage & Parental Controls
You acknowledge and agree that all Purchased Content may be available to other users and user accounts associated with your Xfinity Service account, on authorized Xfinity set-top boxes, the Xfinity Stream portal or Xfinity Stream app.

License
When you "purchase", "buy", or "own" Purchased Content, that content is licensed to you as follows:
Subject to your payment of all applicable fees, and subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Comcast Agreement for Residential Services, and any other terms or conditions imposed by, among others, the applicable digital rights management technology used to protect the Purchased Content, Comcast grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and view the Purchased Content for your personal, residential, and non-commercial use, for so long as Comcast makes the Purchased Content available. Except for the foregoing limited license, no right, title or interest in any Purchased Content is transferred to you. All copyrights and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. You agree that this license does not permit you to copy (in whole or in part), sell, rent, lease, distribute, broadcast, publicly perform or display, sublicense, transfer, or otherwise assign any portion of any Purchased Content and/or any rights or license associated with any Purchased Content (including without limitation, any code or credentials that allow access to any Purchased Content).
Availability
Purchased Content you buy on one device, such as an Xfinity set-top box, computer or mobile phone or tablet, may not immediately be available for viewing on other Xfinity devices, such as the Xfinity Stream portal or Xfinity Stream app. Also, all Purchased Content may not necessarily be immediately available on all Xfinity set-top boxes. Purchased Content may become unavailable for any number of reasons, including, but not limited to, content provider licensing and other restrictions, and Comcast will not be liable to you if Purchased Content becomes unavailable for further use, at any time. If your purchase using the Xfinity Stream app includes the ability to download Purchased Content, we encourage you to download that content immediately after purchase. You bear the responsibility for completing download and for all risk of loss of the Purchased Content.
Being able to watch downloaded Purchased Content on a device other than an Xfinity set-top box requires that device to periodically connect to the Internet. If you do not periodically connect a device to the Internet and open the Xfinity Stream app, you may temporarily lose the ability to playback downloaded Purchased Content on that device until you reconnect it to the Internet and open the Xfinity Stream app. Additionally, some Purchased Content (or features or extras thereof) (e.g., video games that may include head to head play functionality or additional levels for purchase) require real-time connection to the Internet to function.
Cancelling Your Xfinity TV Service
If you cancel your Xfinity TV Service, you will no longer have access to Purchased Content through Xfinity set-top-boxes. However, except for video games and related features and extras, you can continue to watch purchased titles on xfinity.com/stream or on your devices with the Xfinity Stream app. Video games and related features and extras are only playable through Xfinity set-top-boxes.
