The Xfinity Privacy Center is a new, easy-to-use online resource where anyone can learn more about our approach to privacy and security. As a consumer, you can also learn how to access and manage your information with us, including how to manage communication and ad preferences at any time.
Customer account choice
- Visit Your Privacy Choices.
- Find the “Customer choices” box and click the Xfinity customers link.
- You’ll be asked to sign in to your Xfinity account if you’re not already signed in.
- On the next screen, you can manage the following preferences and more:
- Participate in audience measurement and reports
- Share information with Comcast companies
- Allow personalized ads online and in video content
- Allow banner ads in your inbox
- Click on the Show details link below each section for more information.
- Turn on or off any or all preferences.
More privacy settings
You can manage the following by scrolling to bottom of page:
- Sensitive personal information: Manage how we process, store and use your sensitive personal information.
- Marketing emails and texts: Manage how we share news and offers related to your services.
- Click on Marketing emails and text.
- Enter your email address on the next screen, then click Manage preferences.
- Toggle on or off email or text for any of the choices provided.
- Calls, mail advertising and in-person solicitation: Manage the way we contact you with marketing offers.
- Click Calls, mail advertising, and in-person solicitation.
- Fill out the “Managing Communications from Xfinity” form on the next screen, then click Submit.
