- Audio description (also called video description or Descriptive Video Service)

Movies and shows seen through Netflix on Xfinity X1 show the accessibility features you have set up on your Netflix account. Your X1 accessibility choices don't apply in Netflix on X1.
Watch Netflix with CC or audio description
To watch Netflix with CC or audio description:
- Launch the Netflix app on X1.
- Choose the movie or TV show you want to watch.
- While the movie or TV show is playing, press the down arrow button on the Xfinity Voice Remote.
- Choose the option at the bottom of your screen, or choose Other for a full list of options.
- Use the up and down arrow buttons on the remote to find and pick audio or subtitle options.
- Note: The top half of the list is Subtitles. The bottom half is Audio.
- After you choose one, the options panel stops showing.
