You can get a $10 discount on your monthly bill if you:
- Have Xfinity Internet and
- Sign up for automatic payments and paperless billing with a stored bank account
The discount starts within 45 days after you sign up. It may take up to two bills to show up on your bill.
If you have more than one Xfinity account, each account must have Xfinity Internet and be enrolled in automatic payments and paperless billing with a stored bank account to get the discount.

Can I get a discount if I use a debit or credit card for automatic payments?
Xfinity no longer offers APPD for debit or credit cards.
Do I lose my discount if I remove either automatic payments or paperless billing?
Yes. If you remove automatic payments and/or paperless billing from your account, the discount stops. You can get the discount again if:
- You set up automatic payments and paperless billing, and
- Your services are eligible
Do I lose my discount if I cancel Xfinity Internet but keep other services?
Yes. If you cancel Xfinity Internet, the discount stops. APPD is only offered if you have Xfinity Internet.
What happens if my automatic payment fails?
If your automatic payment fails, you are unenrolled from automatic payments. This also removes the discount from your account.
Can I change my payment method for automatic payments at any time?
Yes. You can change your payment method at any time. If you change from a stored bank account to a credit/debit card, you will lose the discount. If you change from a credit/debit card to a stored bank account, it may take up to two bills for the discount to show up on your bill.
If I change my billing cycle, does that impact the discount?
No.
What happens to the discount if I go on a Seasonal Convenience Plan?
While you are on the Seasonal Convenience Plan, the discount does not apply. However, when you go back to your normal rates, the discount starts again.
