When you have Xfinity Internet and sign up for automatic payments and paperless billing with a stored bank account, you’ll get a $10 discount on your monthly Xfinity bill. The discount begins within 45 days after signing up and may take up to two (2) billing statements to show up on your Xfinity bill.
If you have more than one Xfinity account, each account must have Xfinity Internet and be enrolled in automatic payments and paperless billing with a stored bank account to get the discount.

Who is eligible for the automatic payments and paperless billing discount?
To be eligible for the discount, you must have Xfinity Internet and sign up for automatic payments and paperless billing with a stored bank account.
Can I get a discount if I use a debit or credit card for automatic payments?
Starting June 26, 2025, we no longer offer an automatic payments and paperless billing discount for this payment method. Existing customers who enrolled with a credit or debit card before this date and receive a $2 monthly discount on their bill, can keep it unless they change their services, become ineligible or until further notice.
Will I lose my discount if I unenroll in either automatic payments or paperless billing?
Yes, if you remove automatic payments and/or paperless billing from your account, the discount is removed. If you re-establish automatic payments and paperless billing and your services are eligible, you can get the discount again. However, if you have the $2 discount with a credit or debit card and remove it after June 26, 2025, you will only be able to get the discount if you have Xfinity Internet and use a stored bank account as your payment method.
Will I lose my discount if I cancel Xfinity Internet but keep other Xfinity services?
Yes, if you cancel Xfinity Internet, then the discount is removed. The automatic payments and paperless billing discount is only available to customers with Xfinity Internet.
What happens if my automatic payment fails?
If your automatic payment fails, then you’ll be unenrolled from automatic payments and the discount is removed.
Can I change my payment method for automatic payments at any time?
Yes, you can change from credit or debit card to a stored bank account, or vice versa, at any time. However, when changing your payment method from a stored bank account to a credit/debit card, the discount is removed.
If I change my billing cycle, will that impact the discount?
No.
What happens to the discount if I go on a Seasonal Convenience Plan?
While you are on your Seasonal Convenience Plan , your discount does not apply. However, when you go back to your normal rates, the discount starts again.
