Paperless billing only changes how you get your monthly bill. You may still get other communications from Xfinity via the mail.
Why did I get an email saying my bill is ready to view if I'm already getting a paper bill?
Xfinity sends reminder emails to let you know about important changes to your services and to keep you up to date on things like billing transactions and adjustments, channel lineup changes, upcoming service interruptions, weather-related outages, and more.
Can I change the email address where my statement is emailed?
Yes. Go to how to update your contact information.
What if I don't get the email you sent me about my bill?
You can always view your full bill in your account anywhere, anytime. If you're signed up for automatic payments, you'll get an email when your bill is ready to view and before your bill is due. You can also choose to get text message reminders.
How do I cancel paperless billing and switch back to a paper bill?
You'll have to turn off paperless billing. Follow the steps above and choose the toggle in the paperless billing section again until it says Off.
You can still log in to your account to view, download, and print your bill online.
- Note: Once you turn off paperless billing, you’ll get a paper bill in the mail with your next billing cycle.
Will paperless billing change my automatic payment settings?
No. If you choose paperless billing, your full monthly balance will still be charged to your preferred payment method on the bill’s due date.
