An icon you can trust
You'll see the Xfinity Verified Email logo in your webmail inbox next to any email sent from a Comcast or Xfinity source, such as:
- Bill pay reminders.
- Security updates.
- Newsletters.
- Emails related to upgrading your email account to Yahoo Mail.

Why is the Verified Email logo important?
Unfortunately, scammers often send fake emails that look real. These phishing emails try to trick you into sharing personal information with the scammer. The Xfinity Verified Email logo helps protect you by confirming that an email is authentic and from Xfinity.
Look for the logo inside
Every verified email will also display the Xfinity Verified Email Learn More logo in the upper left of the email body. If you see both logos, you can trust that the email is official.

Tip: If you ever get an email that looks suspicious and doesn’t have the Xfinity Verified Email logo, don’t click any links. Instead, report it by clicking the mark as spam button in the toolbar. You can find more tips by visiting our What is phishing article.
