Why some emails may be blocked
If someone’s emails can’t be delivered to your Comcast email address, the sender's email provider may be blocked as part of our anti-spam precautions.
How to unblock email addresses
Here are some ways to unblock email addresses:
- The sender can use the URL in the error message they received.
- This URL links to an FAQ.
- This contains information about the issue and removal request process.
- This URL links to an FAQ.
- Email administrators can use the Report an issue button to fill out the Blocked Provider Request Form.
The Customer Security Assurance Department will determine if the IP address can be removed from the blocked list. Requests submitted through this form are reviewed on a 24/7 basis.
