Check for reported outages
Check for a service outage in your area by going to the Outage Map. You can also text “Out” to 266278.
If you're a Comcast Business customer, go to our Service Status Center to check your service health.
Check the power and connections for your devices
If there are no outages:
- Make sure the plugs for the devices haven’t come loose.
- Make sure the outlets have power.
- Check that all the cable connections are tight.
- Make sure the TV is on the right channel or input if your TV is hooked up to a TV Box or DVD player.
If Xfinity TV isn't working on all your TVs, the issue may be outside of your home.
Confirm your account is up to date on payments
Late payments can interrupt your service.
Restart your devices
You can troubleshoot specific service problems for the following services:
- Xfinity TV: Unplug the TV Box from the electrical outlet or the back of the TV Box for 15 seconds. Plug is back in.
- Xfinity Internet: For the latest updates, use Xfinity Assistant online or in the Xfinity app.
