Return or exchange Xfinity Cameras or Video Doorbells
You may return an Xfinity camera or video doorbell to an Xfinity Retail Store within 30 days of the purchase date (if bought at a retail store) or the delivery date (if shipped to you). You can only return products in like-new condition with no visible damage, and you must have a purchase receipt. At a retail store, an agent will confirm your purchase and/or delivery date and submit a refund request with a ticket number you can use for reference. The refund will be processed and be applied to your account as a credit, or a refund if your account is disconnected.
Smart Home and Xfinity Home customers can exchange faulty cameras or video doorbells under the Smart Home and Xfinity Home Security limited warranties. Xfinity Retail Stores cannot process warranty equipment exchanges, so you must contact us.
