Make an Xfinity Prepaid Internet refill payment

You can make a refill payment for your Xfinity Prepaid Internet at xfinityprepaid.com.

Sign in and refill

1. Go to xfinityprepaid.com.
2. Click the Refill tab.
3. Select Refill My Service.
4. Select the option that works best for you.
   
5. Sign in with your Xfinity ID and password.
6. Click Refill Now.
7. On the Refill Prepaid Service screen, select the number of days for the refill.
8. Click Next.
9. Your account status shows on the screen (e.g., "Prepaid service has expired").
10. Click Refill Now.
11. Make a payment to refill your service using a credit card, debit card, or a Refill PIN.
12. Enter your payment information.
    
13. Click Next.
14. On the Review Your Order page, check your payment information and the services you picked. Make sure everything is correct before you move on.
    
15. Select the Purchase Agreement checkbox for terms and conditions.
16. Click Make Refill Payment.

Skip signing in and refill

You can buy an Xfinity Prepaid Internet 30-day refill without signing in to your account. Only Xfinity Prepaid Internet 30-day refills are available without signing in.

To buy an Xfinity Prepaid Internet 30-day refill:

1. Go to the quick refill page in English or Spanish.
   • You can also:
     • Go to xfinityprepaid.com.
     • Click the Refill tab.
     • Select Skip log in and buy a 30 Day Xfinity Prepaid Internet refill now.
2. Enter the Phone Number and ZIP code you use for your service.
3. Pay with a credit or debit card.
4. Confirm your details.
