Download the app
Before you start, download the Xfinity Prepaid app:
- Apple devices: Go to the App Store on your device and search “Xfinity Prepaid”
- Android devices: Go to the Google Play Store
View your account information or make a payment
- Tap on the Xfinity Prepaid app.
- Sign in to the app with your phone number and security PIN.
- Note: If you haven’t created a security PIN, you’ll be asked to create a code. It must be eight digits.
- You’ll see your account status on the Summary dashboard. You can make a payment to refill with a credit/debit card.
- You can also get more account information like Enroll in AutoRefill, Manage Payments, Payment History, Activate Service, or get Support.
