Where can I find my Xfinity account number?

Find your account number online or in the Xfinity app.

Find your account number online

To find your account number, sign in to Account and Identity on xfinity.com. Your account number will show under Account Details.

• Only Primary and Manager user profiles can see the full account number.
• You can't view your Xfinity Mobile account number on this page.
  • To see your Xfinity Mobile account number, view your most recent bill. You can also follow the steps in the Find your Xfinity Mobile account number in the Xfinity app section below.

Find your account number in the Xfinity app

1. Sign in to the Xfinity app with your Xfinity ID and password.
2. Go to the Account tab.
3. Under your name, select Account settings.
   
4. Your account number can be seen under the Account details section.
   

Note: You may need to tap the eyeball icon to reveal the entire number. Viewers don’t have access to the account number.

Find your Xfinity Mobile account number in the Xfinity app

1. Sign in to the Xfinity app with your Xfinity ID and password.
2. In the Overview tab, select the Xfinity Mobile billing tile.
   
3. On the following screen, select Current Statement to view your most recent statement.
   
4. Tap View Bill.
5. Or from the Xfinity Mobile billing tile, tap Settings.
6. Under Xfinity Mobile Account Holder, you can view your Xfinity Mobile account number.
