Where can I find my Xfinity account number?

Find your Xfinity account number online or in the Xfinity app.

Find your account number online

1. Sign in to Account and Identity on xfinity.com.
2. Look under Account Details to find your account number.
   

Note: Only Primary and Manager users can view the full account number.

Find your account number in the Xfinity app

1. Sign in to the Xfinity app with your Xfinity ID and password.
2. Select Account tab.
3. Select Account settings.
4. Find your account number under Account details.
   

Note: Select the eye icon to show the full account number. Users with Viewer access can’t see the account number.

Find your Xfinity Mobile account number in the Xfinity app

1. Sign in to the Xfinity app with your Xfinity ID and password.
2. Select Account.
3. Under Xfinity Mobile, select Bill details. 
4. Select View bill to view your full account number.
