Xfinity is required to provide you with certain communications yearly. You can decide how you get them in your account.
Manage your required customer notices settings
- Sign in to xfinity.com.
- Click the Account icon
and select Account and Identity.
- Scroll to Communications Settings.
- Click Required customer notices.
- Choose Yes or No next to Receive future notices by email.
You can click View to access a copy of the notice.
