Occasionally, you may have trouble loading or using applications on your computer. Clearing your cache and deleting cookies may help resolve this issue.
Use this process to clear the cache and delete cookies in the Google Chrome browser.
Clear cache and cookies
- Close all but one tab in Google Chrome.
- Click the three dots in the top-right corner of the browser window and scroll to select Delete browsing data... from the drop-down menu.
- Make sure the Advanced tab is selected. Change your Time range to All time; select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
- Click Delete data.
- Close your browser and relaunch Google Chrome.
Note: If you’re using a Google Chrome browser, you can also use a keyboard shortcut to quickly clear cache. While in the browser, press Ctrl + Shift + Delete simultaneously on the keyboard to open the appropriate window.
