Occasionally, you may have trouble loading or using applications on your computer. Clearing your cache and deleting cookies may help resolve this issue. See below for instructions on how to clear the cache and delete cookies in the Firefox browser (Version 120) using the latest operating systems for Mac and Windows 11.
Clear cache and cookies from the Settings page
- Click the menu button
and select Settings.
- Select the Privacy & Security panel.
- In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data….
- Select the checkbox next to Cookies and Site Data and Cached Web Content and click the Clear button.
- Close the Settings page. Any changes you've made will automatically be saved.
Clear cache and cookies from the Menu panel
- Click the menu button

- Click History and select Clear recent history….
- In the Time range to clear drop-down menu, choose Everything, select the checkbox next to Cache and Cookies, clear all items you want to keep, and then click the Clear Now button.
- The Clear Recent History box will automatically close.
