Xfinity services relocation checklist
Automatic payments
- Visit Automatic payments on xfinity.com.
- Your active automatic payments appear here.
- If you don't see any payments scheduled and would like to set up automatic payments, enter your bank account or card information.
Paperless billing
- Visit Paperless billing on xfinity.com.
- The message shows Paperless billing is on when it's active.
- If it shows Turn on paperless billing, you'll need to re-enroll in by clicking Turn On.
Text or email alerts
- Visit Account communications on xfinity.com.
- From here, you can enroll or un-enroll in text and email notifications.
Internet Parental Controls
- Visit your Wireless Gateway's Admin Tool website by typing http://10.0.0.1 into the address bar of your preferred web browser.
- Note: You'll need to use a computer or device that is currently connected to your wireless gateway.
TV Parental Controls
- Visit Parental Controls on xfinity.com.
- View existing Parental Controls or turn them on from this page.

Xfinity Voice
- Visit Xfinity Voice on xfinity.com.
- From here, customize your Xfinity Voice settings.
Purchased content: If you are an Xfinity TV customer (and you keep Xfinity TV service at your new address) you can continue to access your purchases on your Xfinity TV Box. If you informed us of your move by calling or going online, your movies purchased via Xfinity may automatically be transferred to your new address. (If you did not inform us of your move, or disconnected your service and signed up for Xfinity service again at your new address, contact us within 60 days of disconnecting from your previous account, and request that the movies that you purchased from Xfinity be transferred to your new account.)
