INTERNET ESSENTIALS PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Internet Essentials program (the “program”) was established by Comcast Corporation. An operating subsidiary or other affiliate of Comcast Cable Communications, LLC (collectively, “Comcast,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides the Covered Services. A customer (“you,” “your,” “participant” or “customer”) who meets the Eligibility Criteria described below and participates in the program will have the choice to receive currently available Internet services that are part of the program and offered where you live (each, a “Covered Service” and collectively, the “Covered Services”). Information about current program features and benefits is available at https://www.xfinity.com/learn/internet-service/internet-essentials.
Your use of a Covered Service and customer equipment is subject to Comcast’s standard terms and conditions, which are incorporated herein by reference and set forth on https://www.xfinity.com/corporate/customers/policies/subscriberagreement (the “Agreement”).
These program terms and conditions supplement the terms set forth in the Agreement:
1. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
In order to qualify to participate in the program you must: (i) live in an area where Comcast offers Internet service; (ii) participate, or have a member of your household who participates, in a qualifying form of public assistance (“qualifying public assistance”) or have a household income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level as further described on https://www.internetessentials.com or such other URL as Comcast may designate from time to time; (iii) not have any outstanding debt to Comcast or unreturned equipment that is less than one year old; and (iv) not have had Xfinity Internet within the last ninety (90) days (collectively, the “Eligibility Criteria”). 2. TERMINATION OF YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM
We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the program if (i) you no longer meet the Eligibility Criteria described herein; (ii) you fail to provide proof of qualifying public assistance or household income when required by us; (iii) your account opened under the program is closed; or (v) Comcast ceases to provide the Covered Service to your location.
3. MODIFICATIONS TO THE PROGRAM
We reserve the right to make changes to the program from time to time, including, but not limited to, changes to the monthly prices for the Covered Services, features and/or speed of the Covered Services and/or the addition, removal or modification of the Covered Services or any other ancillary benefits.
