Introducing a More Personalized Experience

We're committed to providing our customers the best experience possible, so we've been working hard to update site to offer a more personalized experience with quick and easy access to your most-visited destinations. You can expect to see the updated experience coming soon — with more updates to come.

You’ll still be able to manage your account online — and through the Xfinity app — but with our new, streamlined layout, it’ll be even easier to navigate. 

We’ve created a more personalized experience with the addition of a new header, footer, and avatar drop-down menu in the upper right-hand corner of every page. Click on the avatar to log in, and from there you can easily access your account information, check your bill, switch account views, access billing options, and view support pages.  

Links to Xfinity Email and Xfinity Stream are also now readily accessible from the drop-down menu.

Explore the billing section to view, manage, or pay your bills. The billing section of your account will also highlight any important information that needs your attention.

If you’re still seeing the current later this fall, you might be accessing it from your bookmarks or your device’s “favorites.” We suggest deleting the bookmark or “favorite,” refreshing your browser, and logging back in to so you can get the most updated version of our site and content.
