Meet Antonio, Field Technician

Our technicians realize the importance of being welcomed into customers’ homes and are focused on making their Xfinity experience the best it can be. That connection is made even stronger when they’re attending to service appointments in their own neighborhoods, where they are a part of the people and community.

Meet Antonio from Chicago. He’s a military veteran and avid runner, whose work ethic comes from seeing his single mother strive to provide for him and his sister. After the end of his military career, his civilian job search eventually led to him to Comcast as a technician.

“What I bring every day is positivity and a positive impact,” he says. Antonio’s sunny personality and passion for the job helps him approach each day with excitement, and a chance to help a new customer during every appointment. Bright smiles and friendly chatting throughout each visit also reassures Antonio’s customers that they can trust him with their home and technology.

“My objective is to make people’s lives better and try to learn from them,” Antonio says. “This is what I live through every day.”
