How do I get online?

Just get Xfinity Internet and rent the Gateway at checkout, or choose to use your own equipment. Then connect, no technician needed.

Who owns my Gateway?

Your Gateway is rented from Xfinity, and will be part of your monthly bill. Renting allows us to provide better support and proactive upgrades.

What if I move out?

Leave the Gateway behind, and we’ll reset it for the next tenant who moves in. Your account will no longer be connected to that device.
