How Do I Know What Level of XFINITY Service I Subscribe To?

You can find out what package you currently have by checking your billing statement through My Account.

Check Using Your Online Billing Statement

  1. Go to http://www.my.xfinity.com/.
  2. Click the My Account tab, and sign in using your XFINITY username and password.
    My Account tab is all the way to the right.
     
  3. Click the Billing tab in the banner across the top.

  4. Click the View Billing button.

  5. Click the View bill details (PDF) link or View Bill Details (PDF) button. You may also have to scroll down to find the button.

  6. Your package information is listed on page 2 of your billing statement. For assistance with reading your billing statmement, see how to understand your bill.
