You can check which package you have by looking at your bill in your account.
Check using your online bill
Follow these steps to see your package:
- Log in to your Xfinity account.
- You’ll see your current bill. You can also see a list of past bills.
- Click the Bill PDF link under View bill or choose the date range you want to view.
- Your package details are listed on page three of your bill.
