To revise the end date you provided, chat with the Xfinity Assistant using the Xfinity app or head to xfinity.com/chat. Type in “seasonal hold” to get started and cancel or change your Seasonal Convenience Plan. Expect service to resume within 24 hours. You can also call us at 1-800-xfinity.

How to end your Seasonal Convenience Plan early
If you want to stop your Seasonal Convenience Plan before the original end date, follow these steps:
- Go to comcastseasonal.com.
- Sign in with your Xfinity ID and password.
- Click the CHANGE SEASONAL CONVENIENCE button, on the Summary page.
- Pick a new end date for your plan.
- Check the box that says, "I certify that I understand and consent to the rates and charges" and click SAVE CHANGES.
