Common solutions
To change your Xfinity Seasonal Convenience Plan to an earlier end date, follow these steps:
- Go to comcastseasonal.com.
- Sign in using your Xfinity username and password.
- Click the CHANGE SEASONAL CONVENIENCE button, on the Summary page.
- Adjust the end date of your plan as needed.
- Select the checkbox that reads "I certify that I understand and consent to the rates and charges" and click SAVE CHANGES to proceed.
