XRE-03137 is caused by a temporary signal issue or interference outside the home.

You can also try the following:
- Ensure all TV connections are tight.
- Select Try Again on-screen.
- Perform a restart of the X1 TV Box or unplug your TV Box for one to two minutes and then plug it back in.
- Simply say “Restart TV Box” into your Xfinity Voice Remote.
