- Pennsylvania
- The city of Philadelphia offers a debt repayment as part of its Internet Essentials Partnership Program deal. The city will make a one-time payment of up to $100 to cover the participant’s past due debt amounts (for any Xfinity service(s) other than Xfinity Mobile), or installation fees beyond the free installation. The payment is applied one to two billing cycles after a new participant joins the program.
