Resetting your PIN
- Go to xfinityprepaid.com.
- Click the FORGOT YOUR PIN? link (next to the Log in button).
- Type in the phone number linked to the account and the ZIP code where the service is to verify your information. Then, click Next.
- Enter a new eight-digit PIN. Click Set up new Security PIN.
- You’ll see a page that lets you know your PIN was reset. You can now log in with your phone number and new PIN number.
