Find out what to do if you receive the RDK-03117 error, which affects Xi5 and Xi6 Wireless TV Boxes for Xfinity X1 and Xfinity Flex customers.
When this error occurs, you’ll see the following message:
"Please give us a minute…
There seems to be a connection issue here. Sorry about that. We’ll try and resolve the issue on our side. In the meantime, please check that your Gateway connection is tightly secured. If the problem persists, try restarting your Gateway.

Solution code
To resolve this error:
- Check all your connections, making sure the RF cables are tightly secured to your Wireless Gateway.
- Restart the impacted TV Box.
- Learn more about Restarting Your X1 TV Box.
- Restart your Wireless Gateway.
