PPV.COM app on Xfinity Flex overview

The PPV.COM app is a third-party app available to all eligible Xfinity Flex customers!

PPV.COM is a convenient, reliable and engaging way to stream pay-per-view events. You can purchase and watch live and archived PPV.COM content on the PPV.COM app. There’s no subscription plan so you can choose the events to buy.

To access the PPV.COM app, you’ll need:

• A compatible Xfinity Flex streaming TV Box (Xi5 isn’t compatible).
• Xfinity Internet service (any level). 
• A PPV.COM account.

Get to the PPV.COM app on Xfinity Flex

You can get to the PPV.COM app by saying “PPV dot com app,” “Pay Per View,” PPV,” “Pay Per View dot com,” or “PPV dot com” into your Flex Xfinity Voice Remote. 

Log in to your PPV.COM account

1. Say “PPV dot com” into your Voice Remote to open the PPV.COM app on your eligible Xfinity Flex streaming TV Box.
2. Use the remote arrow buttons and press the OK button to choose an event.
   
   
   
3. Choose ORDER NOW to continue. Alternatively, you can select LOG IN from the menu on the left.
   
   
   
4. Choose LOGIN or scan the code to sign into your existing PPV.COM account. See how to create a new PPV.COM account from this screen. 
   
   
   

Log in to PPV.COM on your TV 

1. Pick the email address associated with your PPV.com account.
   
   
   
   • If you’d like to use a different email than the one displayed, select Enter a different email and use the on-screen keypad to type the email address you want associated with your PPV.COM account.
2. The keypad will stay on screen so you can enter your password. Choose LOGIN.
3. You’ll go back to the PPV.COM home screen, which means you’re logged in.
   
   

Log in to PPV.COM on a mobile device or computer

1. Make sure Log In is selected.
   
   
   
   • If you scanned the QR code, the six-digit code at the top will be filled in.
   • If you used a web browser on another device that’s not your TV, you’ll need to enter the code on the previous screen.
2. Your TV will show a message confirming you’ve logged in.

Order an event 

1. Once you’re logged into your PPV.com account (see section above for logging in or creating an account), go to the event you want to order. Press the OK button on your remote. Choose ORDER NOW.
   
   
   
2. You’ll see the price to order the event. Choose Confirm to buy the event or Cancel to go back to the previous screen.
   
   
   
   • If you complete the purchase, you'll see it on your Xfinity bill.
   • If you have a Parental Control PIN set, you’ll need to enter it to buy the event.
3. You won’t see anything confirming your purchase onscreen, but you’ll get an email after you choose Confirm.

Watch a purchased event

After you buy an event (see section above), go to the event tile and press the OK button on your remote. Choose WATCH up to one hour before the event starts. The event will appear at the start time listed.
