Having trouble setting up an iPhone or iPad?
Here are a few things to check:
- Select Set Up Over WiFi when activating your device.
- Confirm that "Xfinity Mobile" appears at the top left of the home screen. If not, follow these steps:
- Connect to a WiFi network.
- Go to Settings > General > About.
- Wait for the Carrier Settings Update promp, then select Update.
- Connect to a WiFi network.
- Go to Settings > About phone > Software update.
- Select Download and install.
