Can I watch the games in 4K?
NFL Sunday Ticket is not broadcast in 4K, therefore non-4K devices will provide the same picture resolution as our 4K TV boxes.

Once purchased and activated, NFL Sunday ticket can’t be cancelled. NFL Sunday Ticket doesn’t renew for the following season.
Can I get a refund for NFL Sunday Ticket?
NFL Sunday Ticket purchases aren’t eligible for refunds or credits. You are charged by Xfinity for NFL Sunday Ticket when you activate the subscription. However, if you ordered NFL Sunday Ticket through Xfinity but haven’t activated the service, the order will come off your account within 30 days of purchase, and you won’t be charged.
I ordered NFL Sunday Ticket from YouTube through Xfinity, but how do I activate my subscription so I can watch games?
Check your inbox for an email from Xfinity containing instructions on how to activate your NFL Sunday Ticket subscription or visit xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions. Once you log in to the website with your Xfinity ID and password, follow the onscreen prompts to complete the activation process. Once done, you can simply log in to the YouTube app to start watching.

No, NFL Sunday Ticket will not automatically renew.
How do I cancel my NFL Sunday Ticket subscription if I ordered it through Xfinity?
You can’t cancel your subscription after activation and there are no refunds. The subscription covers the entire current NFL season and will not automatically renew for the next season.
