The Music Choice app is now available on Xfinity X1!
The Music Choice app on X1 grants you 24/7 interactive access to additional music videos and audio channels that are not currently available via the linear Music Choice channels.
To use the Music Choice app on X1, you'll need:
- A compatible X1 TV Box (RNG150 devices are not supported)
- Xfinity Internet service (any level)
Access Music Choice on your X1 TV Box
The easiest way to access the Music Choice app is by pressing the OK button on your Xfinity Voice Remote while watching a live Music Choice channel. You’ll go directly to the page of the genre you were listening to (Smooth Jazz, Adult Alternative, etc.).
You can also access the app by saying “Music Choice App” into your Voice Remote.
Listen to Music Choice
Once you’ve opened the Music Choice app, you’ll have access to more audio channels, video channels and music videos. Choose from any of the following menus:
- Artists Just Played
- Video Channels
- Music Channels
Please note that streaming music via the Music Choice app will count towards your monthly Internet data usage. Learn more about X1 Internet data usage.
Parental control settings
Access to the Music Choice app can be locked by using an Application Lock.
