Exchange your remote for a new one
Swap out your old or broken remote for a new one at an Xfinity Retail Store near you.
If you’d like a new remote, you can have one shipped to you via UPS in a Getting Started kit (accessory shipping and handling fees will apply) through the Xfinity Assistant.
If you have an Xfinity Voice Remote and say “get new remote” to chat with Xfinity Assistant or scan a QR code.
Pair your new remote
You'll need to pair your new remote to work with your TV and other equipment. You can find step-by-step instructions online using the programming tool at customer.xfinity.com/remotes.
