Adding a line with the Xfinity app
To add a line to your account:
- Sign in using the Primary user's Xfinity ID and password.
- Tap the Services tab.
- Select the Mobile lines and data usage option located within the Mobile services card.
- Pick Bring your phone or Shop new devices.
- Select SHOP. Use filter or sort to find the phone you want.

Adding a line with the Xfinity website
To add a line to your account:
- Go to xfinity.com/mobile.
- Click My Account in the top banner and select Log In.
- Sign in using the Primary user’s Xfinity ID and password.
- Select SHOP from the menu bar at the top of the screen.
- Pick the device type you want to add.
- If you want to bring your own device, choose Bring Your Own.
- You can search by device manufacturer or use the filter to sort the results.
- After you have picked the make and model, customize your purchase.
Your new device will be added as a new line on your Xfinity Mobile account. For the new line, you'll pick from one of our Unlimited data options.
