Impact
If you add a channel to your list of favorites and that channel has a counterpart (i.e., the same channel appears somewhere else in your channel lineup), both channels will be added to your favorites list.
For example, if you choose to add 864 ESPN HD to your favorites list, 202 ESPN HD will also appear on your favorites list.
Steps to resolve issue
