How to ask for a braille or large print channel lineup or monthly bill

To help those who are blind, have low vision or have a visual disability, Xfinity provides the local TV channel lineup and/or monthly bill in braille or large print format.

These are available at no additional charge.

To ask for a Braille or large print channel lineup or monthly bill, contact Comcast's Accessibility Support Center for Customers with Disabilities.

How long does it take?

  • Channel lineup: Please allow 10 business days for delivery. Xfinity will ship the channel lineup to the address on your account. It can also be shipped to another address you provide.
  • Monthly bill: Please allow one to two bill cycles for the bill to change to the other format. Once you change to a large print or braille bill, it will be the only one you get.

FAQs

What is a channel lineup?
A channel lineup is a paper copy of the channels available in your service area. It contains all channels in your area, not just those in your package.

You can also view the channel lineup online. See Find the Comcast channel lineup for your address to learn more.

What makes a braille channel lineup/bill different?
A braille channel lineup/bill is printed using raised dots that can be felt with your fingers. Braille uses patterns of dots to represent letters and symbols. These documents are most often printed on thick paper so the raised dots are easy to feel as someone reads by touch.

What is a large print bill?
A large-print bill is the best option if you’re visually impaired. It greatly increases the font size and is a bound book that can be more than 50 pages. It comes in a 9-by-12-inch envelope. It doesn’t include a payment stub or return envelope.

What makes the large print channel lineup different?
A large print channel lineup is printed in 18-point font. It makes it easier to read. Because the font is larger, the channel lineup will have more pages.
