What is same-day WiFi?

Want to get WiFi up and running today? Place an online order and get your WiFi equipment — including cable modems for internet service — as soon as today. Pick up your equipment at an Xfinity store, or see if same-day delivery is available at checkout.

 

Some equipment may not be available at all stores same-day. Same-day delivery is only available for Residential Customers. Availability depends on location, inventory, order time, and cutoff times. Certain locations, including military bases and other premises with limited access, are not eligible.

Can I get internet today?

Yes, you may be able to pick up eligible internet equipment at an Xfinity store today or select same-day delivery in your online cart.

 

If you're in an eligible ZIP code and all products are same-day eligible, your order will automatically be routed for same-day delivery — as long as it's placed before the cutoff time (3 p.m. local time). Placed your order after the cutoff? It will arrive the next day. Same-day delivery is available seven days a week in select ZIP codes. Holiday availability and delivery windows may vary.

Who delivers same-day orders?
Same-day deliveries — including same-day internet equipment — are fulfilled through a third-party delivery partner, Roadie. Customers are encouraged to be at the service location for the delivery, but it is not required for all products.
What happens if I am not available for delivery?
If you are not available for delivery, we will attempt to identify a safe drop-off location at your address. If no safe drop-off location is available, the order may be returned to a Comcast location and be automatically shipped via a parcel carrier (UPS or FedEx). 
Why are some products not eligible for same-day delivery?
Currently, cable modems and set-top TV boxes are available for same-day delivery — meaning you can get a modem delivered right to your door for same-day internet. Many additional products are also available for the Pick-Up in Store option. Eligibility depends on in-stock availability, product type, and product/cart combination.
What should I do if I do not receive my order?
Customers should first check tracking information received via the shipping status email and text messages from Xfinity or our partner Bringg. If the order is marked delivered but cannot be located, contact customer support (make sure to have your order number on hand).
