How long will it take to see my discounts and perks once I’m verified?
Xfinity membership: It’ll take up to 10 days after you enroll for your automatic upgrade to diamond tier.
Xfinity Mobile: You’ll see your discount within 1-2 billing cycles after adding an Xfinity Mobile line.
NOW TV: It’ll take up to 10 days to access the NOW TV offer and be able to add it to your plan.
If I'm already verified, how do I add military offers to my Xfinity account?
NOW TV: Sign in to NOW TV with your Xfinity ID and add it to your plan.
Xfinity Mobile: Visit Xfinity Mobile to add service or additional lines (from $30/mo) to your existing account.
Peacock Premium: Log into your Xfinity Membership account, click on the benefit titled “Get Peacock Premium at no extra cost,” and follow the steps to activate.
