You may need your Xfinity username and password to log in.
Open the My Account app and tap the Internet icon.
For Android devices, tap the menu icon in the upper-left corner of the screen, then tap Internet.
Tap the Wireless Gateway.
Select "Restart this Device."
Tap "Restart Device" to confirm.
Unplug your Wireless Gateway, wait 10 seconds and plug it back in.
