How to Check for an Xfinity Service Outage

  1. Log in to xfinity.com/myaccount

    • Skip Ahead 15 seconds Right Arrow
    • Skip Ahead 60 seconds Shift + Right Arrow
    • Skip Back 15 seconds Left Arrow
    • Skip Back 60 seconds Shift + Left Arrow
    • Volume Up Up Arrow
    • Volume Down Down Arrow
    • Toggle Mute M
    • Toggle Full Screen F
    • Toggle Closed Captions C
    • Jump to the Time Input J
    • Exit Full Screen; Close Overlay Player Esc
  2. If an outage has been reported in your service area, an outage notification will appear.

  3. Now scroll down to the Services section.

    If no outage has been reported in your service area, your service indicator will say "Connected" alongside a green dot.

    If there is an outage, it will say "Outage" alongside a red dot.

  2. If an outage has been reported in your service area, an outage notification will appear. Tap the outage notification to check your connection status.

If you have the X1 Voice Remote:

  1. Press and hold the voice button. Wait for the beep and then say “Outage” or “Outages” into your Voice Remote.

If you don’t have the X1 Voice Remote:

  1. Press "A" to access Troubleshooting from the "Help" menu.

  2. Right arrow button

    Using the right arrow, navigate to "Connection Status."
