Click the Voice tab and your call records will display.
Call Record Information
All calls will appear on your call records within 20 minutes of being made or received and will be visible for up to 90 days. Additional call records can be accessed in My Account:
Go to www.xfinity.com and click on the My Account tab at the top of the page.
Sign in using your XFINITY username and password.
In the Services section of the page, click on the Voice tile.
Click on the blue arrow next to Call log in the Voice Settings section.
If you see a call on the log that you didn't make, you have a couple of options. If the call was a direct-dial, local or domestic long-distance call, and you subscribe to the XFINITY Voice Unlimited package, don't worry, you won't be charged. If the call was an international call, please make sure that no other member of your household placed the call. After confirming that the call wasn't placed from your household, contact us to discuss any appropriate billing adjustments. Please note that if you have signed up for Nomorobo, you will not see any telephone numbers that have been blocked by the service.
