Troubleshooting tips

If you’re having trouble making phone calls with your XFINITY Voice service, try whichever of the following steps apply:
  • Check out our no dial tone tips if you can’t make or receive calls.
  • Plug a working corded phone into different jacks to make sure a malfunctioning phone or jack isn’t causing the issue.
  • Make sure you dial a 1 before the area code if you can’t call out of your local calling area.
  • Review our international calling tips if you’re unable to call an international number.
