Change Your XFINITY Voice Security PIN - My Account Help

Each XFINITY Voice account has a single CPNI Security PIN that protects access to Voice features online or over the phone.

For security reasons, Voice management and billing information in My Account will be limited until you authenticate your account by entering your PIN or by logging into My Account from a computer that is connected to your in-home XFINITY network.

Once your account is authenticated, you’ll be able to change or view your PIN (or request a new one) in My Account at any time.

If you need your Security PIN resent to you, you can opt to receive it via an automated call, by email, or via a mailed letter. Learn more about having your Security PIN resent.
